Group will depart from Bruce's house at 9 am Oct. 17th, 2018. We will drive to Rogers, AR (9.5 hours) and try to get a little ride in before dark. We will be staying at an AirB&B in Rogers. The address of the house is:

Thursday, Oct. 18th
Breakfast from 6:30 - 8 am
Load up and drive to Bentonville
Ride Slaughter pen, Coler, and as much of the Back 40 as we can. Lunch in Bentonville.
Dinner w/NICA AR League Director, some coaches from the area, and a bunch of student-athletes.
Back to house for a quick turn-around recovery sleep.
Friday, Oct. 19th
Breakfast from 6:30 - 8 am
Drive to Hobbs State Park to ride Hobbs trail.
Picnic lunch at Hobbs
Drive to Lake Leatherwood to set up camp. Dinner in Eureka Springs.
Saturday, Oct. 20th
Breakfast from 6:30 - 8 am
Ride Lake Leatherwood Trails.
Lunch and swimming

Sunday, Oct. 21st
Breakfast from 6:30 - 8 am
Break down camp.
Quick shower and hop in the van by 9 to head back home.
Lunch/dinner on the road.
Arrive back in Minneapolis by 8 pm Sunday night.
Breakfast will be included with the cost of the trip. All other meals will be managed via group decision. We can keep cost down by shopping at grocery stores and preparing lunches and eating dinners at the house. Friday and Saturday nights we will be camping and eating dinner at a restaurant in Eureka Springs. Lots to choose from there, so we should be able to agree on something as a group. I'll reserve in advance to ensure group facilitation.
Items to Pack:
Bike, helmet, pedals, shoes (x2 if you have 2 pair), sunglasses, BIKE LOCK, and gloves
At least one kit (jersey and bottoms) for EACH DAY of riding. We do have laundry at the AirB&B and can do loads of wash.
Layers for cool weather. Updates RE weather/forecast will be posted as the we draw closer to departure.
Camelbak (or like pack) with multitool, spare tubes THAT FIT YOUR TIRES, spare tire (if you have one, trust me!) and anything else you think you might need.
Tent (I have a few 2-3 person tents if you need one) sleeping bag, pillow, a sheet, sleeping pad (I have a few of these too) something warm to sleep in.
Casual clothing. Layering will be key! Likely warm days (shorts and t-shirts) and cool nights (pants and long sleeves, light jacket, hat)
Toiletries, medications, and 2 TOWELS (one for changing, one for cleaning)
An ID, your insurance information, and cash/debit card
Electronic accessories (phone chargers, camera, music, headphones, etc...)
