Our Mission

The YO DEVO Cycling Team is dedicated to providing a platform for young cyclists to obtain their goals through a safe, positive, educational, and enjoyable environment. We believe promoting a healthy lifestyle for all ages yields a beneficial return for everyone.

Community, Identity, and Purpose

Who We Are

YO DEVO is a USA Cycling sanctioned team racing under the National Center for Youth Development (NCYD) not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization. The team trains and races throughout the year, competing in three disciplines: road, mountain, and cyclocross. We are a true development team, as all riders are under 18, enrolled in school, and determined to make a difference both in cycling and in life. Additionally, YO DEVO is very involved in cycling advocacy and has collaborated with the NCYD to mentor elementary and middle school kids through school-based cycling programs, after school clubs, and weekend adventure events. Our team is looking forward to the future with high goals and determination for continued success.
